To get your bag repaired either bring your bag into our shop, post your bag to us or email us some pictures. We will make an assessment advise you on the repair we are able to apply and the cost.

We are able to repair holes, replace buckles and zip pulls, replace straps and replace hooks and mounting systems. However we are unable to replace zips or fix stitching issues. Note that we can still process these for your and they'll be sent to Ortlieb UK for assessment. This will involve a processing fee.
